What we collect
Browsing handld.org requires no account. When you request quotes on app.handld.org we collect your name and email (via Google sign-in), the job details you provide, and your approximate location so we can match you with local professionals.
How we use it
Your job request is shared with relevant service professionals so they can quote. We do not sell your personal data. We use aggregate, anonymised analytics to understand which pages are useful.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@handld.org. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification and erasure.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising trackers.
