Pay agency rates when you need strategy, multiple assets and accountability under one roof. Most small businesses start freelance and stay there.

Freelancers typically charge HKD 250-800/hr, with logos commonly HKD 3,000-15,000 and brand-identity packages HKD 15,000-60,000+. Bilingual brand systems sit at the top of the range.
